Returns and Refunds

At Hydrotag Water, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product delivered. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Product Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used water bottles or filters

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., products with obvious signs of use or missing parts not due to our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@hydrotagwater.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
